Hi beauties! I just got back from Vienna and am in the middle of packing again while writing this blogpost. Previously I had mentioned that I apart from visiting Vienna, I was looking for a beach destination as well. Well, it didn’t take me that long to find one and I am leaving to Malaga tomorrow! I know, so soon after Vienna but I need to catch some sun before autumn weather makes an appearance.
Vienna was breathtaking! I am in love with Vienna, the people, the buildings and all the pastries. It is now in my top 5 of favourite European cities. The viennese people are also so beautiful! I will share a separate post about my trip very soon so keep an eye on the blog if you’re curious about what I am raving about. Do I have readers from VIenna (or Austria)?
Todays outfit post is a typical example of what I wear when I am on a city trip and sightseeing all day. Comfort and light materials are key for me when I am walking around all day. I am wearing a cotton shirt dress which I am obsessed about. It is loose fitted but still super stylish in my opinion. You don’t need to add much to the outfit when wearing a shirt dress. The minimalism of it makes it look classy. Shirt dresses are my current favourite thing to wear.
I paired it with a jeans jacket as it was a bit fresh in the morning. It took me a long time to find the perfect jeans jacket. I was initially looking for a standard blue jacket but ended up liking this dark grey one. Would love to add a light blue one to my collection though.
Not a city trip goes by that I don’t take my vans with me. These are for me the best and only sneakers I can walk around in for the whole day. So when I received these green ones a couple of days before departure, I knew I had to pack them. How nice is this green colour for vans? I have not seen many people with coloured vans around so far but I am a fan 🙂
What do you wear when you’re on a city trip and sightseeing? Let me know your thoughts on my outfit!
Jeans jacket: Claudie Pierlot / Shirt dress: Topshop / Shoes: Vans / Bag: Zara / Sunnies: Gucci

Gorgeous! Loving those green sneakers. I love to wear dresses when I travel to Europe. You can go anywhere without feeling under dressed. XX 💋

Thanks Ingrid! That is so true. A dress makes an outfit less casual and you will never be under dressed like you mentioned. Plus it’s so much more comfortable than a tight jeans, especially if you’re snacking all day long on a trip, like me 😛 xxx

Valerie,
u look absolutely gorgeous!!! I love this little white blouse – with and without the denim jacket!
I wear looks, which fits to the city, the country or the culture. Love to combine colors, materials and styles to the destination.
I wrote about this in my latest post.

Anni you are too sweet!!!! 😀 Thank you ❤
I am obsessed with shirt blouses but as of today it started getting windy and rainy here so I think I'll have to say goodbye to them till next year.
You are so right about dressing according to the destination. I also do this a bit. I pack differently for example in Europe than when I went to Mexico.
Have a lovely day lovely xxxx
