As you might have noticed, there has been a change to the blog as of today. Welcome to February Circus! I finally got a domain. If you’re confused, this blog is previously known as Revolutionary Roads. More about this name change will be up on the blog this weekend.

Today’s post is my Paris shoplog as the title reveals. While I was in Paris there was still sale in stores. The majority you will see in this post was also bought with discount. Win-win. Paris is good  for shopping. Too good! Even if there was sale and I love shopping there I controlled myself. Curious what I got? Keep reading. Let me know in the comments what you think of my haul.

There’s no visit to Paris where I don’t visit Sephora. This time I had made a to buy list as I wanted to prevent overspending at Sephora. I bought my all time favourite eyeliner and a perfume. The perfume smells special and unique. I am really bad at describing scents but maybe it helps if I say that it smells chic, feminine and sensual. Lucky me, there was  30% discount on all perfumes.

A few souvenirs that I got for myself. In my opinion Galeries Lafayette sell the nicest souvenirs I have seen in the city. There’s just so much choice and eye for detail. They sell an original variety i’d say. I just love these.

I got this shopper as a gift as I spend more than a certain amount at Lafayette. Will definitely use it for grocery shopping.

More souvenirs. This time from Fondation Louis Vuitton. I got the Frida Kahlo book because I am a huge fan of her work and the way she expressed herself. The book has Frida quotes that belong to a specific painting. The quotes come in both English and French, which is great for my French practise. The pencil looks cute on my desk I think.

I love shoe shopping in Paris ❤ I think the shops sell amazing shoes and are way ahead of designs. There is just something for everyone and also non-basic. I am really picky when it comes to shoes and don’t buy shoes so often or easily. Meet my pompom shoes. I couldn’t resist the fluffiness and they were 50% off. I can already see heads turn in my conservative hometown when I wear these.

Found these cuties across the street from my hotel. They’re super warm. Perfect for me as I always have cold feet. Love the PJ’s at Etam. I also got some underwear at Intimissimi. It’s one of my musts for lingerie shopping.  That shop always makes me so happy. I highly recommend you girls to check out their new collection, it’s gorgeous.

Last but not least, my birthday gift from me to me. Can you guess what I got? I am thinking about sharing a separate article on this item and tips on buying higher end products. Thats why I am not sharing it just yet 😀 Is this something that you would be interested in reading?

I hope you like my Paris shoplog! I am extremely happy with the items that bought. Paris is amazing for shopping. In Europe it’s my favourite shopping city together with Madrid. What is your favourite shopping and fashion city? Let me know.

Also, don’t forget to keep an eye on my blog as I will dedicate a post to my new blog name this weekend.

A bientôt!
xxx Valerie
